The company has a successful track record in the bay area marketplace for performing both hard-bid and design-build work. The majority of their projects are located in the City of San Francisco and San Jose Area.

ABOUT THE POSITION:

Hiring for a Plumbing Estimator, in the San Francisco bay area, for a direct position with full benefits and 401K included.

REQUIREMENTS:

7-10 years of plumbing estimating experience, primarily within commercial work.

Past experience in light commercial, tenant improvement, mixed-use buildings, multi-family buildings (mid and high-rise), and offices is a plus.

Past field experience is a plus.

Current computer software estimating program experience is essential to the position.

Past experience with Vendors in the Bay Area is a plus.

Existing client contact relationships in the industry are a plus.
