ABOUT THE POSITION:

Hiring for a Project Executive, to provide consistent high quality management of Project Managers, and other support staff, while at the same time managing large/complex electrical projects. Build trust and develop strong working relationships with key customers. Participate in WIP meetings with accurate cost to complete estimates. Leverage relationships and know-how for new opportunities. Become a valuable resource to customers on all things related to the electrical installation on our projects. Mentor and assist in training other operations personnel.

REQUIREMENTS:

20+ years of progressive electrical construction project management experience.

Ability and/or experience to mentor and coach direct reports.

Experienced in managing larger, complex electrical projects over $10M in value.

Independently manage and oversee projects beginning to end and drive projects to close successfully.

Act like a company owner when driving projects and building/maintaining relationships.

Ability to communicate effectively with customers – verbal and written – and demonstrate problem solving skills.

Organizational and time management skills are critical.
