The company is a large developer/builder that develops and builds as both a GC and a CM based on project locations.

TYPES OF PROJECTS

Projects are 80% retail and 20% other project types.  They do a large volume (80%) of renovations, upfits, and additions to existing properties, as well as some (20%) ground to close projects. Big box, grocery, strip malls, etc

ABOUT THE POSITION

The Superintendent would be responsible for multiple project sites simultaneously.  Locations would be within a 2 hour radius of Sarasota FL, which drastically reduces the need to travel.  They compensate well and have strong benefits.

REQUIREMENTS

• Candidates need to have the skills and knowledge to multi-task on multiple sites, and also have an up to date knowledge of cost. 
• Employee's will interact with tenants daily and therefore need to be good with people.
