ABOUT THE POSITION:

We are seeking a General Superintendent, responsible for providing the on-site administrative and technical direction for a multi-year, federal hospital project in excess of $100M. The Superintendent contributes through the direction of all aspects of the project that will ensure the project meets safety, schedule, quality and budget expectations of the Customer and Company.

REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum of 10 years of construction general superintendent experience, to include supervisory or equivalent experience as a general construction superintendent in similar facility construction, required.

A list of successfully completed construction projects, from start to finish; or equivalent service work, required.
