    ABOUT THE POSITION:

    Hiring for a Marketing and Proposal Coordinator, responsible for the development and production of proposals and statements of qualifications in response to public agency procurement solicitations. Prepare responsive, high-quality proposals and qualifications packages using Adobe InDesign, Microsoft Word and Adobe Acrobat. Schedule proposal kick-off meetings, PM reviews, and Red Team Reviews, and prepare a proposal checklist to assign tasks during the proposal kick-off. Coordinate with internal staff and external teaming partners (subcontractors) to provide materials requested in RFPs (Requests for Proposals) and RFQs (Requests for Qualifications). Customize staff resumes, project descriptions, firm capability summaries and other requested proposal materials and support the business development team: coordinate client appreciation gifts/events, handle ticketing requests and ensure suite orders placed by catering for Construction Division events, take meeting minutes/action items and follow-up for biweekly meetings.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a similar field of study.
    • 3+ years of experience in proposal writing in the construction, engineering or architectural industries.
    • Adobe Creative Suite and InDesign Software experience required.
