    ABOUT THE POSITION:

    Hiring for a VP of EPC, responsible for driving acquisition and investment decisions on water-related projects (such as industrial treatment plants, wells, pipelines, stormwater, water rights, waste-to-value plants, digesters, vertical farming, aquaculture, agricultural water assets such as waste drying and fertilizer conversion, and more) and to manage those assets through their full life-cycle, including negotiating and managing engineering, procurement, construction, and operations & maintenance vendors. This position will be a member of the Senior Leadership Team and will have the opportunity to be at the leading-edge of water infrastructure, helping advance the industry's continual shift toward sustainable asset development. This leader will join a small team responsible for an existing portfolio of assets as well as a multibillion-dollar pipeline of opportunities.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    Experience working with a diverse set of water related assets (including industrial treatment plants, wells, pipelines, stormwater, water rights, waste-to-value plants, digesters, vertical farming, aquaculture, agricultural water assets such as waste drying and fertilizer conversion, and more).

    Demonstrated track record of successfully leading and managing all aspects of engineering, procurement and construction (EPC), and operations and maintenance (O&M) teams, to include a broad range of project sizes, technologies, vendors, and partners.

    Experience in commissioning of facilities.

    Significant experience as commercial / project lead including dispute resolution, contract negotiation, and overall project execution.

    Experience with a range of legal contract frameworks and industry specific legal and regulatory issues, norms, and processes.

    Proven ability to manage and mitigate risk for projects of varying complexity and sizes.

    Deep understanding of project accounting, financials, supply chain, and comfort using current tech tools.

    History of analyzing process efficiencies, building operational processes, and making interventions that dramatically improve them.
