A $100M Mechanical contractor has opened their sixth office to serve the LA/Orange County/Inland Empire markets. The company performs service, retrofit, tenant improvement,  performance contracting, and new construction work.

ABOUT THE POSITION:

Company is in need of a Sales Account Executive with 7-10 years of experience in the Greater Los Angeles/Anaheim area to sell HVAC systems. Work is primarily targeted to design/build work from small retrofit projects to  larger systems in the $1-5M range.

REQUIREMENTS:

Applicants should be capable of working with design engineers to lay out and price the required systems. Applicants should be knowledgeable of HVAC equipment and required labor necessary for systems installations. A track record of success and local client base is a PLUS. Previous mechanical design experience is a plus.
