    ABOUT THE COMPANY:

    A private investment firm which invests in commercial real estate properties and related debt instruments that provide opportunity for repositioning and resolution. With a deeply established history in the fields of complex legal and financial resolutions, property operations and commercial real estate development, the firm performs internally all functions related to its investment activities including construction, loan servicing and asset management. The firm's investment strategy is centered around the opportunity to add value and resolve property and debt related issues across all asset classes. Individual transaction size is generally $50MM and greater. 

    ABOUT THE POSITION:

    Hiring for an Investment Analyst, responsible to provide analytical and operational support for new acquisitions and asset management. Ideal candidates should possess a strong financial background, have some relevant real estate experience or internship, a willingness to work on a team, ability to travel, and a desire to learn. The Investment Analyst will be involved in all aspects of deal underwriting and pipeline management, including sourcing, redlining NDAs and legal documents, producing financial models and market analyses, coordinating meetings with consultants and engineers, and producing investment presentations.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, Economics, or Accounting is preferred. 

    2+ years of prior Investment/Financial Analyst experience within real estate development. 

    Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office Products (Word, PowerPoint); preferrable if candidate has proficiency with Bloomberg Terminal, Argus, and Metrostudy/Zonda.

    Strong math skills and a solid understanding of accounting concepts and financial statements.
