ABOUT THE POSITION:

Hiring for a Superintendent, responsible for the overall leadership and coordination of assigned project sites, Working alongside the PM to ensure that management is accurately and fully informed of project status through weekly labor reports, project schedule parameters, and quality measurements.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 5+ years of on-site experience as a Superintendent within commercial general construction. 
• Expertise in construction industry trades, practices, procedures, and market trends.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, and resource management skills.
• History of maintaining a positive professional relationship with all team members.
• A learning leader's mindset; able to train and coach; and assumes responsibility for their own work.
