ABOUT THE POSITION:

Hiring for a Fulfillment Distribution Solutions Engineer, accountable for the growth and profitability of the fulfillment distribution centers within the assigned region. This role analyzes, designs, and presents 4-walls solutions to prospective clients: pre-sales. Post go-live, this role works with field operations to identify continuous improvement opportunities. This is an independent contributor role with frequent interaction with prospects and various internal stakeholders: implementation, IT, business process analyst, field management and leadership, and billing administration.   

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree from a 4-year college or university. Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering Degree is strongly preferred.
• Prior knowledge of transportation management, supply chain network design, and warehousing design concepts.
• Experience in a 3PL environment preferred.
• Experience with material handling systems hardware and software.
• Knowledge of functions of a warehouse management system.
• Experience with operations analysis and design.
• Knowledge of labor standards and application.
• Knowledge of P&L statements.
• PC literate with a command of MS Office products such as Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Intermediate skills with Auto CAD and Vision.
