ABOUT THE POSITION:

Hiring for a Lead Estimator, responsible for conceptual, design, and final estimates. Reporting directly to the President of Construction. 

REQUIREMENTS:

• 5+ years' experience in construction estimating.
• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or related field preferred. 
• Proficient with estimating software.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.
• Time management skills.
• Accountability for commitments.
