ABOUT THE POSITION:

Hiring for an Estimator, responsible for preconstruction, pricing and value engineering on residential and commercial project estimates in the Boston area. This is an opportunity for an estimating professional to become a Lead Estimator for the company. 

REQUIREMENTS:

Applicants must have at least 7 years of estimating experience with a General Contractor or Developer. 

Applicants must have project experience in the multifamily sector, both out-of-ground and renovation projects.
