    PREMIER OAKS LANDSCAPE MANAGEMENT is preparing to hire a MARKETING AND ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT.

    Our Marketing and Administrative Assistant must have excellent communication and people skills, with a focus on customer service.  System-based, process-oriented thinking is a key to success.

    You must be able to:

    • Develop and execute an effective marketing plan for our Target Group of Customers by developing plans for each aspect of our business model
    • Manage the marketing calendar and budget as well as tools for measuring effectiveness of Ad campaigns
    • Create content for social media accounts and acts as the Company Community Manager on social media platforms
    • Assist with lead contacts and appointment scheduling during peak times
    • During peak times answer phones for Owner and Company.  Takes messages or fields answers for all routine and non-routine questions, while making sure phones are covered
    • Create and maintains client files and data in company specific CRM software
    • Perform General office tasks including ordering supplies, maintaining office cleanliness, and running business errands as necessary
    • Handle confidential and non-routine information and explain policies when necessary, as well as follow up on all issues
    • Type and design correspondences, proposals, and other documents, proofread copy for spelling, grammar and layout, and make appropriate changes.  Responsible for accuracy and clarity of final copy
    • Showcase stellar follow through and communication skills (verbal/written) on all assigned tasks until positive completion is arrived while following a solid process
    • Work independently and within a team on special nonrecurring and ongoing projects
    • Assist the Owner with other miscellaneous business and personal tasks when necessary
    • Hold a driver’s license and be insurable on the company insurance policies and be able to pass a background check
    • Be available to work flexible hours
    • Display a positive "can do" attitude under tight deadlines

    Job Type: Full-time position, Monday – Friday, Occasionally evenings and weekends may be required, as well as overtime when duties demand

    Salary: Non-exempt, Pay based on experience; Range is $18-$23 an hour. Only those with excellent experience will command the top of the range

    Required Education:

    • High School Diploma Required, Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Communications is preferred

    Required Experience:

    • Administrative Experience: 1-2 Years required; 3 years preferred.
    • 1-2 years of Marketing experience and a thorough understanding of Marketing methodology and best practices required; 3 years preferred
    • Proficiency in Professional Social Media Account Management
    • Proficiency in Microsoft WORD, EXCEL, and Expert level is preferred
    • Proficient skills in Photography
    • Basic skills in Videography
    • Basic skills in utilizing editing software for photos/videos
    • Excellent Data Entry and Demonstrated Typing of 45wpm
    • Excellent multi-tasking and time management skills
    • Clear and effective Communicator, both verbal and written
    • Meticulous about ensuring that data and tasks are completed on time and accurately
    • Ability to handle frequent interruptions and reprioritize when necessary

    Required Language:

    • English-fluency in reading, writing, and speaking

    Preferred Experience:

    • Proficiency in CRM Software
    • 2 years of experience in a service industry, preferably in the office
    • Basic knowledge of the landscaping industry
