    Position Summary

    Primrose School of Leesburg is seeking an energetic, passionate, and nurturing Kindergarten Teacher who is dedicated to creating a joyful and engaging learning environment for our young learners. The ideal candidate inspires curiosity, encourages creativity, and helps children build a strong foundation for lifelong learning through hands-on experiences, play-based activities, and meaningful relationships.

    Create a safe, welcoming, and stimulating classroom environment where every child can thrive.

    Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate lessons that foster academic, social, emotional, and physical growth.

    Uphold professional standards while maintaining confidentiality and demonstrating integrity.

    Qualifications

    Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or a related field (or as required by state regulations).

    Valid teaching certification/licensure preferred or required, depending on state requirements.

    Previous experience teaching kindergarten or early childhood students is preferred.

    Strong classroom management and organizational skills.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    Open-minded, flexible, and able to adapt to the diverse needs of young learners.
