    Qualifications:

    Must be 21 years of age or older to apply.

    Must have a current Tennessee Teaching certificate or be in an eligible alternative licensure program.

    Must have patience and a strong desire to love and nurture young children

    Work experience in a licensed childcare facility preferred

    Must meet required state background check

    Must be able to work on iPad to enter children's daily logs and write incident reports and messages to parents. Up to par with oral and written skills

    Patience, attentive, and understanding for young children and their developmental needs

    Sense of urgency and flexibility

    Positive and caring attitude

    Coachable (receptive to feedback)

    Dependable (our school operations rely on and require your attendance)
