    JOB SUMMARY:

    The Manager Service Provider (MSP) Client Success Coordinator serves as the primary business conduit between Kindred at Home and Master Service Provider. Responsibilities include overall MSP satisfaction and exceptional delivery support between KAH and MSP. The Coordinator works closely with Kindred at Home Hiring Managers to facilitate the interview process, ensure timely interviews and offers and candidate onboarding. You will provide day-to-day support to your assigned Clients, Staffing Partners, as well as the Contingent Worker population as part of the VMS/MSP Team.

     

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:(Those functions that the individual who holds the position must be able to perform unaided or with the assistance of reasonable accommodation).

    • Oversee all contingent staffing needs and operations of the company
    • Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including onboardings, offboarding’s and setup of Staffing Partner profiles and their workers, when applicable
    • Conduct Applicant Tracking System (ATS) checks to ensure that the candidate submittal is not currently interviewing with Kindred at Home.  Check former employee’s or contractor’s rehire eligibility prior to allowing the supplier to submit the candidate.
    • Ensure that interviews are scheduled timely.  Follow up with hiring managers if candidate has not been set up for an interview.
    • Monitor contractor requests to ensure candidates are being submitted.  Partner with MSP on a strategy to increase candidate flow.
    • Liaise with recruiting agencies to fill vacancies in a timely manner
    • Attend monthly supplier calls to represent Kindred at Home, build relationships with suppliers and understand the current staffing atmosphere.
    • Develop, maintain, and strengthen client and Staffing Partner relationships
    • Support clients and Staffing Partners with specific questions and/or needs with regard to their temporary workers
    • Attend regional check-in calls with Regional Presidents, Area Leaders and MSP.
    • Follow up with suppliers and Hiring Managers when Hiring Manager is declining candidates
    • Works with MSP vendor to set up new job descriptions in VMS software.
    • Answer questions for Hiring Managers including but not limited to how to access VMS software, obtain credentials, how to enter requests.
    • Coordinate the compliance (i.e. vaccine, licensure, CPR) processes to ensure the contractor meets company standards.
    • Partner with IT to ensure contractor has IT access on Day 1.
    • Partner with HR and Compliance Team when issues arise.

     

    Required Experience

    KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES/EXPECTATIONS:

    • Minimum of 2 years of staffing industry experience
    • Experience working with a MSP preferred
    • Experience providing an excellent customer service experience
    • Strong follow up skills
    • Effective communication, presentation, time management, organization, and planning techniques
    • Excellent attention to detail and pro-active follow-up skills
    • Able to multi-task and work under pressure to meet deadlines
    • This position must have excellent organizational, oral and written communication skills
    • Must be a self-motivated and highly analytical person who thrives in ambiguity and promotes improvement across highly matrixed programs and business functions
    • Good analytical and computer skills also required
    • Performs other related duties as assigned.
