    The Area Vice President is an executive level position with responsibility for overseeing successful operations within the Personal Care group. In this position, the AVP will provide leadership, direction and coordinate operations for all aspects of branch services. The position is also responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory and corporate directives, policies and procedures, profit and loss accountability and business development.

    • Responsible for day-to-day operations.
    • Assist with development of regional policy development.
    • Ensures records are maintained according to appropriate business standards.
    • Responsible for quality of client care in assigned region.
    • Responsible for adherence of Federal, State local and program rules and regulations and Agency policies, procedures and processes.
    • Responsible for development of regional unit staff.
    • Responsible to oversee personnel functions, including the monitoring of hiring, training, supervision, evaluation and termination.
    • Responsible for Agency growth and productivity in assigned region.
    • Responsible for client service satisfaction.
    • Coordinates the fiscal management in assigned Region, including budget preparation and implementation of cost control measures.
    • Promotes positive community public relations.
    • Maintains confidentiality.
    • Performs administrative functions only

    Required Skills

    • Must have executive level experience in Personal Home Care
    • Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field is preferred.
    • Previous experience in management required.
    • Must be detailed oriented and able to multi-task.
    • Division Provider Certification
    • Travel required.
