The Client Liaison leads inside sales efforts and lead database management.
- Answers inquiry calls giving callers information about services Builds rapport with potential client or family member.
- Books evaluation of clients with respective Branch or Account Manager.
- Manages the evaluation schedule for Branch Manager and Account Managers. Responsible for communication of all information about the client and the appointment to the Account Manager.
- Follows up with all leads in the database via phone or email.
- MatrixCare data entry and Maintaining of database. Mail merge letters and updates. Maintain Marketing Database.
- Maintains the Branch phone and territory lists.
- Assists with Branch newsletters on a monthly basis
- Assists in other operational activities as needed and works as a member of the team and assists where and when needed if the time is available and the duties do not remove from primary responsibilities.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- Two to four years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Sales experience in health care or other service provider preferred.
