    The MANAGER, IT COMMUNICATIONS AND ORGANIZATIONAL CHANGE MANAGEMENT, plans, develops implements and maintains Kindred At Home corporate IT communication initiatives. Builds and maintains the IT communications calendar and program.   

     

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

     

    • Develop and direct the implementation of internal IT communication programs to meet the strategic IT goals of the company, and ensure internal understanding and awareness of the corporation's IT objectives and achievements.
    • Meet with IT executives and other internal resources to determine messaging and communication strategies and tactics to support the company’s corporate communication objectives.
    • Contribute to IT incident and crisis management planning.
    • Provide communications support, including developing plans and materials
    • Establish tracking and measurement devices to monitor the effectiveness of IT communication plans.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.
    • Monthly IT Townhalls
    • Employee recognition activities, including the Our Care Matters program.
    • Executive and other internal conferences and events.
    • IT recruitment efforts.
    • Merger and acquisition activities.

      

     

    Required Skills

    • Bachelor's degree in public relations, journalism, IT or the equivalent.
    • Experience developing, preparing and implementing internal IT communications programs.
    • Broad knowledge of corporate communications practices, graphics, and project management.
    • Strong writing and editing skills.
    • Proficiency in PowerPoint.
    • Strong project management skills, including the ability to determine project needs and assess and manage resources.
    • Highly detailed and organized.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
    • Results-oriented team player.
    • Intelligent and articulate, with the ability to relate to people at all levels of an organization.
    • Excellent oral/written communication, negotiation, presentation and organizational skills.
    • Well-organized and self-directed; able to work with minimal amount of supervision.
