As an EUC DESKTOP ENGINEER, you will:
- Create and maintain golden image for VMWare horizon
- Create and maintain golden image for Windows Desktops/Laptops
- Create and maintain Lab for testing VM/PC images, Hardware, and Applications
- Coordinate Software/Hardware testing and certification
- PC OS licensing management
- End Point security
- Group Policies
- Encryption services
- File integrity monitoring
- Application whitelisting
- Endpoint AV/Malware clients
- Security Liaison for Desktop EUC
- O365 Administration
- Browser testing
- Application testing
- Service Management
- Service Now ITAM and Ticketing integration
- Windows Patch management for images
- OEM/Vender coordination
- Service desk/Field support escalations
- Documentation and Project Management as needed
- On-call support and other duties as assigned
Required Skills
- Experience with creating and maintaining golden image for VMWare horizon
- Experience with creating and maintaining golden image for Windows Desktops/Laptops
- Experience with creating and maintaining Lab for testing VM/PC images, Hardware, and Applications
- Experience with Coordination of Software/Hardware testing and certification
- PC OS licensing management experience
- End Point security experience
- O365 Administration experience
