    We are seeking to hire a knowledgeable Onboarding Program Coordinator to join a growing team in HR!

    The Onboarding Program Coordinator will coordinate all technical and process aspects of Human Resources onboarding programs to hire and onboard the best talent for Kindred at Home. This role will provide day-to-day oversight of onboarding programs and initiatives and collaborate across Human Resources on various programs for candidates, employees, and systems. 

     

    PROGRAM COORDINATOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Support planning, coordination, and execution of onboarding programs, to include interactions with candidates, employees, recruiters/TA, hiring managers, vendors, IT and HR
    • Ensure coordination and implementation of Human Resources non-IT projects and initiatives in collaboration with technical project management functions, as it relates to onboarding and employee systems
    • Respond to inquiries in alignment with company and Employee Experience vision
    • Help build positive relations within the HR teams, IT, KAH branches, and external parties
    • Keep all members of the team up-to-date with relevant information
    • Create presentations, process/procedure documentation, and training materials as the HR onboarding processes grow and mature
    • Take initiative to solve problems and issues
    • Works independently, adapt to change easily

    Required Skills

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication’s, Human Resources or Related Field
    • 3+ years of progressive related experience in hiring, recruiting, HR, coordinating program and projects
    • Experience with SAP, SuccessFactors, SilkRoad products (Open Hire/Recruiting, Onboarding/Red Carpet), and other HR systems and sites
    • Human Resources experience to include hiring, recruiting, employee services, and/or onboarding
    • Experience working in companies active with M&A and/or going through major transformations
    • Experience in the healthcare industry
    • Process-oriented and with a mindset of continuous improvement and documentation is preferred
