    As a REGIONAL PROJECT TRAINER  you will provide training throughout the organization under the direction of the Regional Project Director; incorporating and modeling the Harden Mission, Values, Guiding Principles, and Standards of Behavior.

    DELIVERY OF TRAINING AND GROUP FACILITATION:

    • Design and present webinar/teleconference as needed training courses, online education, intranet, and self-guided modules in coordination with and with direction from Senior Leadership
    • Responsible for the delivery of ongoing telephony systems training, incorporating telephony goal development in coordination with senior leadership.
    • Provides support to leaders for operational software, such as EVV, Vesta/DataLogic, AS400, etc: Assisting with system development regarding user account management; user activity; and problem solving needs.
    • Assist with other operational course requests that arise under the direction and in concert with the Girling Community Care’s Senior Leadership

     

    CURRICULUM DEVELOPMENT IN COORDINATION IN CONJUNCTION WITH OPERATIONS TEAM:

    • Assist with curriculum development and delivery including skills in research and content production
    • Assist with multi-state software training needs; assessing state specific needs as they relate to program rules, staffing and current systems administration.

     

     

    Required Skills

    • Some experience in related Trainer, Education or HR roles involving management, administration, and training (preferred.)
    • Some technical skills and software knowledge, including Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Publisher, etc.
    • Ability to adapt to Information Mapping and Structured Writing for development of written training.
    • Mindful of adult learning principles, techniques, and delivery in course design.
    • Ability to incorporate ongoing feedback into course delivery.
    • Must be able to prioritize and demonstrate organizational skills to work on multiple events simultaneously.
    • Comfortable working with organizational spectrum in the development and delivery of products.
    • Ability to team with other team members and departments to deliver united customer service to branch staff members.
    • Ability to travel up to 80%, usually much less.
