As a RISK MGR COORDINATOR you are responsible for intake, investigation, support, and documentation of unusual occurrences, inquires, complaints, injuries, and other required or requested activities/elements in conjunction with the business of GIRLING COMMUNITY CARE.
- Reports, communicates, documents details of client issues with the Director of Client Care or designee
- Communicates/documents appropriately with external agencies as needed.
- Assist with auditing of complaints, inquires, unusual occurrences, investigations, required reports, etc.
- Attend IDT/Staffings as needed.
- Identify needs of clients, make referrals to Home Health and assist with Coordination of Care, as needed.
- Field visits as needed.
- Attend scheduled/called meetings.
Required Skills
- Risk Management background preferred.
- State of Texas Licensed MSW, Licensed BSW
- Good assessment skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Computer knowledge required.
- Good organizational skills.
- Reliable transportation required.
- Bilingual skills a plus.
