    As a CUSTOMER CARE REPRESENTATIVE, you will work closely with our amazing Customer Care Team to create raving customers. We're looking for a smart, well-organized, empathetic, conscientious person who thrives on making moms' days, exuding kindness towards our customers, and solving puzzles. You will be in close contact with our customers all over the world, so strong communication skills are essential in this role. Our ideal candidate has a passion for helping others, is an extremely flexible puzzle solver, and is able to work independently while a being a cooperative team member. Weekend availability is a must!

    Hours are negotiable (20-40 hrs/week, with the possibility of increased hours with company growth) work-from-home position. It will require weekend hours, some fixed morning hours (on Pacific Time), and some flexible hours. 

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Adopt the Kindred Bravely voice and tone in order to convey our brand and personality
    • Deliver exceptional customer service to existing and new customers across all channels: email, live chat, phone, and social media
    • Learn to navigate multiple internal software systems
    • Develop familiarity with company fit and sizing to assist customers in finding the perfect fit
    • Learn product front to back to efficiently help customers
    • Maintain a positive attitude throughout all customer and team interactions
    • Work Thursday - Monday on a weekly basis and attend the Weekly Customer Care Team Meeting.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Tech-savvy

    • Strong communication skills
    • Positive attitude
    • Must be available to work Thursday-Monday every week
    • Minimum typing speed 60 wpm (in English)
    • Familiarity with pregnant, nursing, and postpartum moms and the challenges they face
    • A strong and reliable internet connection is a must
    • Proficient in Google Docs / Sheets / Forms / Calendar / Hangouts

    This job requires approximately 20-40 hrs a week and the schedule is flexible (Ex. We are open to helping you create a schedule that works for you. We can accommodate school drops off / pick ups etc.)

    Depending on the amount of hours worked, Kindred Bravely also provides employer-sponsored health insurance, 401(k) matching, charitable donation matching, paid time off, and more.

    STARTING SALARY: $15/HOUR
