Responsibilities: • Prospect pre-qualified leads generated by sales agents to convert them into new business and schedule listing appointments • Respond to all leads and potential homebuyers in a timely fashion to build a strong client base • Handle all aspects of MLS and marketing listings, such as completing listing paperwork, posting to MLS and social media, and implementing a marketing plan to ensure quick sales • Coordinate with home inspectors and realtors to schedule inspections, open houses, and showings • Provide sellers with a clear listing presentation that includes key selling points and the suggested asking price • Call clients to give weekly reports on the status of their listing so they are more likely to provide good customer ratings and referrals • Prospecting and conducting lead generation activities to create new business • Price, stage, and market homes for sellers to help attract potential buyers quickly • Convert pre-qualified leads that are passed on from sales agents to schedule listing appointments and grow the business • Research the surrounding real estate market to determine the best listing price for the seller • Follow the team plan • Be a team player • Ask questions • Set listing appointments • Lead follow up • Lead generation • Close Sales Qualifications: • Currently licensed in real estate • Shows in-depth knowledge of real estate industry and can accurately conduct market research • Team player who believes their success is the team’s success • Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself • Familiar with customer databases used to store private client information • Great communication • Commission opportunity Compensation: $80,000 - $120,000 at plan
