Responsibilities: • Manage and qualify inbound inquiries to generate appointments so our agents can respond to customers quickly and efficiently • Practice and become adept at using scripts to overcome objections and provide the team value proposition to customers so that they can identify our company’s values and integrity • Provides monthly and quarterly sales reports to the team so that goals are met in a timely fashion • Achieve productivity, appointment setting and revenue targets while responding efficiently to customer inquiries (usually in the form of sales leads) in order to meet the needs of our customers • Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support to increase sales opportunities • Team and individual sales • Lead generation • Set appointments • Close appointments • Database and CRM Mastery Qualifications: • Must have a valid Real Estate License • Strong problem solving skills with solution oriented focus • Possesses relationship building skills, able to uncover client needs and find new sales opportunities • Is dynamic, articulate and well-spoken • Has excellent organizational, time management and follow-up skills • Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly • Real estate license required • Commission opportunity • Great communication Compensation: $80,000 - $120,000 at plan
