Responsibilities: • Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers to promote exceptional customer service • Research the surrounding real estate market to determine the best listing price for the seller • Price, stage and market homes for sellers to help attract potential buyers quickly • Send a weekly report to clients on their listing status so we can maintain our good customer service standing • Prospecting and conducting lead generation activities to create new business • Call clients to give weekly reports on the status of their listing so they are more likely to provide good customer ratings and referrals • Prospecting and conducting lead generation activities to create new business • Price, stage, and market homes for sellers to help attract potential buyers quickly • Convert pre-qualified leads that are passed on from sales agents to schedule listing appointments and grow the business • Research the surrounding real estate market to determine the best listing price for the seller • Follow the team plan • Be a team player • Ask questions • Set listing appointments • Lead follow up • Lead generation • Close Sales Qualifications: • Excellent understanding of the real estate market conditions and how to utilize market analysis • Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies • Superb time management, interpersonal, and communication skills • Capable of using CRM software to keep customer information organized and confidential • Great communication • Commission opportunity Compensation: $80,000 - $120,000 at plan
