Responsibilities: • Respond to all buyer client phone calls, emails and texts in a timely manner to provide superior customer service • Provide buyer clients access to homes under contract as needed for measuring, inspecting, etc. so process is done in a timely manner • Gather information about potential homes and local communities so you can answer buyer questions • Schedule showings of homes with buyer clients, listing agents home sellers in a timely fashion • Help clients determine best offer price and assist through closing the deal to ensure a pleasant and fair transaction for all parties involved • Provide buyer clients access to homes under contract as needed for measuring, inspecting, etc. so the process is done in a timely manner • Identify homes to show that meet buyers’ needs and budgets to help make more sales • Respond to all buyer client phone calls, emails, and texts in a timely manner to provide superior customer service • Oversee the entire process from writing offers to closing to ensure client satisfaction • Schedule showings of homes with buyer clients, listing agents home sellers in a timely fashion • Lead generation • Real estate sales • Buyer lead follow-up • Set appointments • Execute appointments • Sales scripts mastery Qualifications: • Driven, motivated and desires professional growth • Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently • Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly • A real estate license is required • Ability to learn and coachable • Commission opportunity • Sales experience Compensation: $80,000 - $120,000 at plan commissions
