Responsibilities: • Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support to increase sales opportunities • Create and maintain a database of clients to ensure organization and follow-up • Manage and qualify inbound inquiries to generate appointments so our agents can respond to customers quickly and efficiently • Produces sales reports on a monthly and quarterly basis to ensure all sales goals are met • Negotiate and effectively communicate details between sellers and potential buyers to facilitate transactions • Follow the team plan • Set appointments • Close appointments • Close sales • Sales talk mastery Qualifications: • Possesses relationship building skills, able to uncover client needs and find new sales opportunities • Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease • Decisive and proactive in the sales process • You are in your element working with others and have great communication skills • You are a natural organizer, everything in its place and your time management skills are spot on • Real estate license required • Commission opportunity • Great communication • Sales experience Compensation: $85,000 - $125,000 at plan
