    Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for accurate releasing of raw materials to suppliers and the scheduling of delivery appointments.
    • Responsible for accurate maintenance of raw material inventory receipts and records, and timely entry of receipts into the business system.
    • Monitor delivery performance of raw materials suppliers and trucking companies.
    • Develop/implement new processes to improve departmental efficiency.
    • Requests purchase orders for components and steel.
    • Drive plant inventory reduction efforts of purchased parts.

     

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent experience. Master’s degree preferred.
    • Minimum of six (6) or more years of experience in materials.
    • Good computer skills. Ability to use Microsoft Office software.
    • Technical Expertise in the Purchasing/NAFTA field.
    • Excellent follow up and accountability skills.
    • Excellent organizational, analytical and communication skills.

  • Qualifications
    • Bachelors degree in Business or related field or an equivalent number of years experience in a Sales Representative, Sales Supervisor, or other relevant area of work focused on sales and sales management activities. Requires very good understanding of sales principles, which is typically seen with 3-5 years of sales experience.
    • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Demonstrated successful selling abilities, including cold calling, as well as strong products and services knowledge as it relates to the printing industry.
    • Strong analytical skills are a plus.
    • Strong work / time management skills and experience directing the same in others.
    • Must have the ability to lead, and to create an atmosphere where others can perform at an optimal level.
    • REQUIRES WORKING KNOWLEDGE OF MICROSOFT OFFICE SUITE AND PRESENTATION MODALITIES.
    • MUST HAVE STRONG WORKING KNOWLEDGE OF SALESFORCE.COM
    • Must have a valid driver’s license.
