JOB TITLE: SHIPPING/RECEIVING DOCK CLERK
DEPARTMENT: MATERIALS
REPORTS TO: SUPERVISOR
FLSA: NON-EXEMPT - HOURLY
HOURS: WEEKEND SHIFT FRIDAY & SATURDAY: 5:00AM - 3:30PM; SUNDAY & MONDAY: 4:00PM - 2:30PM
POSITION SUMMARY
This position will assist in all aspects of shipping and receiving, data entry, Sox Compliance, auditing and provide vacation support, etc.
RESPONSIBILITIES
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Ability to assume responsibility with the corresponding authority and accountability. Results oriented.
Excellent organizational, analytical and communication skills.
Ability to work well with others in a team environment.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi task and prioritize
Able to train and deliver information to various work groups
Excellent communication skills as evidenced in colleague relations, team skills, and have the ability to interface directly with the customer to resolve issues
Detail oriented with excellent follow-up skills
Ability to work independently, self-starter with the ability to work in a fast paced environment
Excellent attendance record
Ability to read and write in English and perform mathematical calculations.
Must be a Team Player and set a Positive Example
Must be organized and have experience or the ability to learn data entry on the computer
Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills and interpersonal skills
Must be able to be Forklift Certified, if not currently certified
Must be willing and able to work Overtime as requested
PHYSICAL DEMANDS, WORK ENVIRONMENT AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS
Duties include but are not limited to: stand, walk, twist, bend, lift, see, talk, and hear.
