This position will be on 1st shift during the initial training period and then move to graveyard shift, 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM, after the completion of the apprenticeship program.
The qualifying Folder‐Gluer Apprentice will participate in an accelerated training program in the RRD Packaging manufacturing environment that features four (4) graduating steps of increasing skill level, responsibility and pay. This training program may be completed in as few as 18 months or as many as 24 months, depending on the participant’s pace of progress. Upon graduating from the program, the participant will be fully qualified to assume the duties and receive the compensation of a experienced Folder‐Gluer Operator.
