    Job Description

    We are seeking a motivated individual with (5+ years) experience within bridge design, construction, and/or maintenance industry. Knowledge of State DOTs (Dept. of Transportation) and Federal transportation agencies is preferred. The range of primary responsibilities include:

    • Preparing technical proposals and following up with potential projects
    • Developing the bridge monitoring business and exploring market opportunities
    • Assisting in the preparation of marketing material
    • Supporting the integration, testing, installation, maintenance, and remote operation of systems
    • Onboarding customers
    • Preparing project documentation
    • Providing technical support
    • Fostering relationships within earthquake engineering and structural health monitoring communities

    Successful candidates will be based in our Pasadena, California headquarters and work closely with our team of project managers, system engineers, and integrators.

    Requirements:

    • Requires a degree in Civil or other bridge-related Engineering.
    • Must have experience working in bridge-related industry.
    • Experience in verbal communication and strong command of writing project documentation.
    • Capable of being flexible in a quick-paced environment.
    • Contribute to meetings and operations at the department level.
    • Ability to execute multiple tasks while also paying attention to details.
    • Able to work independently and in a small team environment.
    • Willing and able to travel domestically and internationally.

    The annual base salary for this position is between $85,000 and $95,000.
