Join our Kinetic Events Staffing team as an Event Services member. As part of our team, you will play an important role at Stanford collegiate athletics games as ushers and greeters. This is a great opportunity to join our workforce. We stay busy throughout the year on the Stanford campus along with dozens of additional event staff work opportunities in the Bay Area. We are seeking individuals who are enthusiastic, reliable, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. Shifts begin November 18th and run throughout the fall/winter season, typically on the weekends.

Responsibilities:**

• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting event attendees with a friendly and helpful demeanor.
• Answer questions and provide information about the event, facilities, and amenities to attendees.
• Direct attendees to appropriate locations, such as seating areas, restrooms, concession stands, and exits.
• Handle and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, or issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Collaborate with event staff, vendors, and other team members to ensure smooth event operations.
• Assist with crowd control measures, as necessary, to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for all attendees.
• Adhere to our company policies and code of conduct to uphold a high standard of professionalism and service excellence.

****Candidate qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older & eligible to work in the US
• Outgoing and friendly attitude
• Event experience a plus but not necessary
• Great communication and willingness to learn
• Ability to work on your feet and with large groups of people
