Kinetic Events is seeking qualified Customer Service staff for Part Time & Full Time roles at Covid-19 testing sites in San Francisco. These roles are non-medical roles, providing customer service and patient check-in. This program is currently in progress and we are filling additional spots for qualified candidates immediately. Daily shifts run from 8:30 AM - 5:15 PM. RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Check in patients as they arrive.
• Enter data into iPad.
• Answer questions as they arise.
• Must be comfortable on your feet. This program is outdoors. The testing location is a drive-through location.
• Follow up with customers after results come back from the lab.
• Direct traffic (occasionally) if the location is busy.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS

• Pay is $19/hour (plus OT after 8 hours). Pay increases to $21/hour after 40 shifts worked.

Ideal applicants should have good interpersonal skills, basic technical skills (ability to enter information into a computer) and an outgoing personality. Experience in the medical field is a plus, but not necessary in order to apply. Those with customer service experience will also be considered.

COVID-19 considerations: To keep our staff safe at this program, we will be providing proper PPE and following distancing and sanitation protocols. In addition, this program runs entirely outdoors.
