Job Description

Kinetic Personnel Group has Partnered an local electrical contractor in Redlands, CA we are a seeking a Payroll Specialist.

PAY: $23-$25

SCHEDULE: Mon-Fri 8:00AM - 5:00PM 

Prepares and reviews all aspects of company payroll. This includes timesheet review and approval; preparing weekly payroll and expenses for processing; as well as processing certified payroll weekly

DUTIES:

• Review, approve, and prepare company payroll weekly including:

• Review all time sheets for union and wage/hour compliance

• Process employee expenses

• Track and process all employee deduction, bonus pay, incentive pay and wage adjustments

• Generate weekly payroll reports

• Perform weekly payroll reconciliation

• Process weekly certified payroll and develop client contacts to ensure all certified payroll reports meet our client’s requirements.

• Maintain payroll files, both electronically and paper files.
