JOB TITLE: E-commerce Account Specialist

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full Time

COMPENSATION: $23 -$25.00 Hourly rate DOE

FULL TIME BENEFITS: Health Insurance, Bonus, 401(k), Five Days of Paid Sick Leave, Holidays, Vacation with pay

The E-commerce Account Specialist position is responsible for servicing the existing E-commerce accounts, main point of contact with Vendors, manage multiple B2B and B2C accounts on E-commerce sites Amazon, Walmart, Wayfair, etc. The candidate needs to have the ability to interact with customers and work effectively, independently and function within a team environment. DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage, update, and add new product listings, promos, inventory, and reviews in vendor portals.  
• Day-to-day operations of business including customer support, and problem solving.
• Ensure that customer and company website are updated with current product information and photos.
• Assist upper management and marketing on any assigned tasks and including sales reports.
• Maintaining SEO strategies to ensure revenue sales
• Collaborate with Design and Upper Management to build ads, images, and videos.
• Documents and maintain all customer contact and information on internal database.
• Recommend best practices to include suggestions on new and innovate ways to grow business by utilizing existing or new marketing tools or materials.
• Promote and represent company's products at 1-2 trade shows a year and meeting with customers.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Prior E-commerce sales experience of 3+ years, preferable in an online and wholesale business .
• High Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, Outlook, QuickBooks Enterprise.
• Effective writing and customer service skills
• Strong analysis, problem solving, and creative skills
• Web search tools
• Detail oriented, hardworking, ability to work independently, under supervision, and within a team setting. Must be able to function to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines.

EDUCATION BA degree preferred.
