Job Description

Our Client in Santa Fe Springs are a leading supplier of specialty chemical products and industrial materials serving construction and industrial markets including transportation, marine, and automotive. Its technologies are focused on sealing, bonding, damping, reinforcing and protecting. Their product lines include roofing, concrete admixtures, specialty mortars, epoxies, structural strengthening systems, industrial flooring, sealants, adhesives, specialty acoustic and reinforcing materials. They are currently Our client in Santa Fe Spring is seeking A Customer Service Rep in due to growth and the position will pay $20-22.00 per hour. This is a long-term temp position and the hours would start at 7:00am-3:30pm.

Responsibilities:

•             Place customer orders and arrange for delivery via customers’ preferences

•             Enter all customer pricing into computer for invoicing accuracy

•             Update pricing when project pricing is sent by regional managers

•             Consolidate orders so that customers receive best freight charges

•             Respond to needs of the customer by phone quickly and accurately

•             Assist other customer service reps when needed

•             Communicate order status to customers quickly and accurately

•             Process RMAs, credits and rebills within required time frames

•             Increase customer awareness and satisfaction through personal contacts and/or visits

•             Attend regional meetings to increase relationships with sales personnel

Job Requirements:

• B2B Customer Service experience a must

• Excellent computer skills with Word, Outlook, and Excel. (Experience with SAP is a plus)

• 3+ years in customer assisted roles

• Ability to act independently and make decisions

• Excellent organizational skills

• Have a sense of urgency to please customers

• Work Attendance is a must

• Upon conditional offer, background check and pre-employment drug screen will be required
