KPG is partnered with thriving manufacturing company hiring Accounting Clerks specializing in Accounts Payables, Collections and Billing. These opportunities are on Direct Hire Terms and available to candidates with at least 2-5+ years accounting background experience working with A/R, A/P.

• Accounting Software Experience
• Manufacturing Experience Preferred

Full Time benefits included for employees including paid vacation and 401k employee contribution program.

Schedules: 8 am-5 pm or 7 am - 3:30 pm

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Accounts Receivables
• Accounts Payables
• Invoices
• Payment Posting
• Billing
• Collections
• Reconciliations
• Audit and process credit card bills
• Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices 
• Assist with other projects as needed.
