    Job Description

    We currently have an immediate opportunity for a Customer Service/Client Support Rep with a busy printing company in Anaheim Hills, CA. The primary responsibility will be to support efforts with the work/order requests.

    This is a full time opportunity, rotating shift of working remotely (every other week you will be required to work in office).

    $17.00/hr DOE.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Monitor incoming insert requests, including checking and resolving system warnings regarding inserts and live production jobs
    • Review and prepare artwork and instructions for in-house production
    • Communicate with clients and other stakeholders regarding production of documents
    • Schedule in-house jobs for production
    • Coordinate production with other facilities
    • Work with internal resources to set-up selective conditions for inserts when required
    • Test and verify selective conditions are working as expected
    • Coordinate delivery of up-front insert samples for clients when requested
    • Coordinate shipping inserts and other client materials to other production facilities
    • Manage scheduling and activation of inserts using proprietary tools and workflows
    • Post electronic copies of inserts to client sites
    • Work with internal production departments to troubleshoot questions or concerns regarding insert, including quality and availability
    • Interact with clients to ensure that standards for accuracy and quality are being met
    • Assist in coordinating custom limited-run envelopes for clients
    • Assist in coordinating development and production of one-time or limited-run jobs for clients
    • Assist with other functions of the Direct Communication and Client Services departments, as needed
    • Work with management to implement improvements in procedures and systems for insert management
    • Other duties as assigned.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • At least 2 years in a customer service or client support role is preferred.
    • Experience in business to business support function is strongly preferred
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to write in a polished and professional manner
    • Ability to speak with clients professionally and effectively over the phone and via web interfaces
    • Great character, loyalty, and honesty
    • Strong work ethic and the desire to be great at what you do
    • A sense of urgency and ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines
    • Organized and detail oriented
    • Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and working in a corporate network
