Job Description
Kinetic Personnel Group is currently recruiting for an IT Asset Management Analyst for a large company with over 2,500 users/employees.
JOB DUTIES:
- Track computer and other hardware inventory in the Asset Manager portal and manage supply chain to ensure proper level of inventory.
- Analyze current status of hardware in the field and create a schedule to refresh hardware under current program guidelines.
- Understand program budget and track purchases to fit within budgetary restrictions. Produce reports and analysis of program activities, inventory levels and estimate of future purchases.
- Understand current computer hardware releases and update program guidelines to reflect industry standards.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelors degree in related field
- Understanding of computers and computer accessories.
- Financial analysis experience desired. Understanding of profit/loss analysis and forecasting.
- Proficiency in Excel required.
- A desire for continuous learning and skill development.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required. Including the ability to effectively communicate in both highly technical and non-technical environments. Ability to interpret technical jargon and concepts, and to present information to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to escalate, identify, prioritize, innovate in order to resolve issues quickly
