Kinetic is currently working with an established company seeking a CSR/inside sales person!

Job Title: Customer Service Representative/Sales

Schedule: Mon-Friday, 8-5pm (Start time may vary), starts off on a probationary period (temp-hire)

Pay:$17-$18 per hour depending on experience

Location: Multiple locations in Ontario, Riverside, or Chino

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer calls and transfer to appropriate department
• Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
• Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
• Create sales material to present to customers

​QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
• Familiarity with database systems/Microsoft Office/Excel
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong negotiation skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
