We are currently working with an up and coming Med/Legal Company!

JOB SUMMARY: Our company is currently seeking ​a Medical Payment Processor to join our team! You will be responsible for preparing and examining financial records for our company. The ideal candidate will process payments and EOB's. This is a full-time, 40 hrs. per week, temp-hire opportunity!

PAY: $17-$18.00+ per/hr. (D.O.E)

SCHEDULE: Monday- Friday, 40 hours, Temp-hire opportunity, 8AM-5:00PM

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Obtain primary financial data for accounting records
• Compute and record numerical data 
• Check the accuracy of business transactions
• Perform data entry and administrative duties 
• Data Entry
• Billing
• Payment posting/processing
• Answer questions regarding billing
• Collect payments
• Post EOB's

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
• Medical/Legal experience Preferred
• Previous experience in Worker's Compensation is a plus!
• Must have at least 2 years of relevant experience
• Must be familiar working with EOB's
• Must be detail Orientated
• High School Diploma (Required)
• Open to Medical Assistants who encompass relevant work experience
