We are seeking a motivated individual with sales/closing experience in phone based sales. You need to live in Florida and be able to responsibly work from home. A computer and reliable high speed internet is required, as all calls are internet based. You will be providing information to parents regarding an online school (Grades K-12). Position will start by doing phone based assessments with parents to provide them with accurate information about the school, as well as determine if the student would be a good fit for enrollment. Based on performance, the right candidate will then be trained to provide final enrollment details and finalize enrollments with parent by completing a student profile and setting up a payment plan for tuition.

Monday thru Friday from 9am to 6pm EST

Must live in FLORIDA

Responsibilities:

• Provide detailed and accurate information to customer.
• Take detailed notes during conversation and be able to type them in a timely manner while on the call.
• Learn to answer basic questions.
• Conduct proper follow up with any potential customer.
• Be able to speak clearly to customers. Listen to and address customer concerns.

Qualifications:

• Experience selling over the phone
• Positive and patient demeanor
• Ability to build rapport with customer
• Ability to multitask and handle high call volumes at times
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Computer and reliable high speed internet is required
• Basic typing and computer skill are required
• Sold work ethic and reporting to work ON TIME and EVERYDAY scheduled to work.
