Kinetic Solar seeking highly motivated and ambitious leaders with a passion for clean energy to join our solar sales and marketing team that presents clean energy opportunities to our local communities. We provide training and give you the opportunity to make between $60,000 and $140,000+ your first year. In this position you'll have the opportunity to partake in the world wide humanitarian effort of reducing our dependence on fossil fuels.
We are seeking applicants for our Solar Sales Associate position, in combination with the opportunity to join our Solar Sales Executive Development Program. In this unique program, you will start as a Solar Sales Associate and gain exposure to all aspects of the sales process and receive extensive training on both sales generally, and solar specifically. You will be on the front lines of bringing solar to New Jersey homeowners and educating them about the benefits, economic and environmental, of going solar. There will also be an opportunity to work with our Marketing Manager on marketing initiatives.
Outstanding Solar Sales Associates can expect to graduate from the program in approximately six months, and will have the opportunity to become Sales managers in opening markets across the area!
REQUIREMENTS FOR CONSIDERATION:
Sales or service industry experience welcomed, but not necessary!
Reliable transportation with valid drivers license
Ability to work legally in NJ, and PA
Residing in NJ, or PA
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLL:
-Educate homeowners about the various services/products we provide for their home that will allow customers to reduce their costs and live more comfortably
Manage pipeline of sales and customer touch points
Generate referrals from providing exceptional customer service
Maintain positive attitude at ALL times
