** The Field Sales Representative** performs in-home sales of Kinetico water softeners and drinking water systems within the local market.

Compensation Data :

Exempt commissioned salary (paid bi-weekly draw). Training pay eligible.

Travel:

Local with occasional overnight for training purposes only.

Location:

This position works out of our Clare, MI Corporate Dealer location.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sets appointments from leads generated through Kinetico call center, customer referral and independent sources.
2. Uses water testing capabilities and discusses product capabilities and alternatives.
3. Prepares and reviews sales proposal and discusses various financing options.
4. Closes sale and provides follow-up support through product installation.
5. Reports all sales activities utilizing Salesforce.
6. Meets or exceeds established sales targets and goals.
7. Maintains a professional appearance and attitude.

What you will need to succeed:

** Education & Qualifications:**

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Strong proficiency using the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Salesforce experience a plus.

** Competencies:**

• Minimum 5 years related work experience.
• Strong interpersonal/customer relations skills.
• Strong public speaking capabilities.
• Operates well under pressure and tight time limits.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task.
