Kinetics Mechanical Service, Inc., is seeking a Full Time Construction Health and Safety Technician ( CHST certification) with excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.

This professional will be involved in managing safety programs, conducting hazard assessments, implementing safety protocols, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations at Lawrence Livermore National Labs.

Qualifications:

• CHST (Construction Health and Safety Technician) credential Required.
• Minimum of five years of experience in construction safety management.
• This professional will be required to get a Q Clearance with LLNL.
• Pass Drug testing requirement.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local safety regulations and their application in a construction setting.
• Experience work at any LLNL or SLAC facilities is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships with all levels of personnel.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Experience with incident investigation and root cause analysis preferred.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Must have own transportation.

The Hourly range is $70 to $75 per hour based on qualifications and experience.

This position comes with comprehensive benefits, Medical Insurance, Vacation, sick time ,401K. A candidate with CSP Certification a plus and compensation negotiable.

Working hours are from 7am – 3:30 pm Monday thru Friday.

Overtime may be required and will be compensated for.
