King Jesus International Ministry, is a Christian Apostolic and Prophetic church located in Miami, Florida. Christianity is central to the purpose and mission of King Jesus Ministry. Summary: Coordinates key testimony content for Media Department for ministry wide projects, productions, and events. Acts as a coordinator between media department and other departments, as well as other ministries and individuals locally, nationally, and internationally to gather and distribute accurate and up-to-date facts and information for testimony database.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. (Other duties may be assigned.)
In House Testimonies:
Oversees the collection of testimonies taken from all ministry events and activities.
Works with other ministries for special recordings of testimonies and interviews.
Weekly follow up to obtain proof and supporting documents.
Prepare pre-chosen testimonies to share on altar Sundays.
Maintain a database of testimonies that occur during the supernatural move of God.
Work with campus & net testimony representatives to obtain testimonies that are occurring within the ministry.
Mission Trips:
Preparing necessary documents and other supporting materials needed, attend and cover testimonies during English/Spanish local and international trips.
Testimony Team:
Pre-production of testimonies, preparing forms, volunteers, scheduling crew and equipment, communicating with possible testifiers for studio recordings.
Communication to the team of volunteers weekly on availability of any necessary needs and training
Schedule Studio and off-site recording appointments of testimonies needed based on the topic for projects.
During Sunday: communicating with volunteers, Ephesians, ushers, and serving net for services and special events regarding protocol and flow of altar.
Supervise legal documentation and records of each testifier.
Implement new ideas and strategies for the testimony ministry to stay up to date with the vision.
Oversee English/Spanish Testimonies taken on the altar and document the best ones to be used further.
Sunday stalwart for the Apostle before/after service for people whose testimony can be selected to be heard and/or recorded.
Media Content:
Select Testimonies weekly to be used for TV programming.
Gather, select, transcribe, revise, and edit testimonies to have the video ready to be cued and played during AGM’s preaching.
Conduct in-depth interviews to be adapted to different media platforms, marketing, books, testimony reels, and/or special projects.
Review footage to work with editors and producers to create capsules that will air on different media platforms.
Review testimonies sent via mail and e-mail
Keep testimony database updated in Google Drive.

Education/Experience:
Associates Degree (2 Year Degree); or 2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Ability:

Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public.
Computer Skills:
