    Web Content / Social Media Coordinator

    Summary: Interact with all levels of staff and use your outstanding web content and organizational skills on a wide range web projects in support of high-profile clients. Moderating the community, uploading content, responding to the community, creating video/graphic/or photography for the channels, reporting for each channel engagement per service and helping with the overall day-to-day management.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. (Other duties may be assigned.)

    Create, develop and manage content for organization’s website properties

    Coordinate web projects across departments

    Maintain a consistent look, messaging, and feel throughout all web properties

    Working with a internal/external agencies to maintain and develop the master content

    calendar for all web properties

    Collaborate with online copywriter to copyedit and proofread all web content

    Oversee freelancers, including writers, translators, copyeditors, graphic designers and video creators

    Keep current with emerging web technologies through relevant blogs, listservs, and events

    Assure web-based information is archived for future needs and reference

    Track and report on all site metrics

    Work cooperatively with key team members, clients and vendors

    Work with Development team to develop new sections, modules on org. websites

    Upload and publish content on distribution platforms like: YouTube, Vimeo, Facebook, Tumblr.

    Responsible for monitoring/managing comments on all platforms.

    Become an advocate for the Company in Social Media spaces, engaging in dialogues and answering questions to social media audience where appropriate.

    Work with internal/external agencies to curate relevant content to reach the organization’s social media audience.

    Monitor, listen and respond to users in a “Social” way while cultivating leads.

    Conduct volunteer advocacy and open streams for cross-promotion through organization’s affiliates and network.

    Develop and expand online community outreach efforts.

    Collaborate with internal/external agencies to design, create and manage promotions and Social ad campaigns.

    Qualifications:

    Knowledge of social media KPI’s

    Proven knowledge of how to optimize campaign content

    Excellent organizational skills

    Excellent verbal and written skills

    Ability to adapt in a fast pace environment

    Ability to multitask

    Proven knowledge of social media mapping

    Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office

    Advanced skills in technologies and their use for social media

    Education/Experience: Associates Degree (2 Year Degree); or 2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
