Job Overview:
Oversee the general operations and cultivate the overall church’s volunteer community through creative initiatives, volunteer related activities and experiences by managing the budgets, resources, and the volunteer database system.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.
Communicate and collaborate cross-departmentally as well as with other DivisionCoordinator to ensure the excellence and cohesion of all major projects and events.
Oversee and be knowledgeable of the calendar and the schedule of the Experience Division and Experience Director.
Establish duplicatable and scalable systems that promote communication and collaboration.
Aid in preparation for meetings through the production of documents, handouts, reports, meals, and reminders as requested by the Experience Director.
Manage and prioritize all forms of communication to and from the Experience Director.
Possess leadership capability to represent Experience Director in meetings, events, and additional opportunities.
Accompany Experience Director in high-level meetings to ensure details are thorough and organized.
Draft, review, and send correspondence on behalf of the Experience Director.
Creates documents, systems, structures, and processes to simplify and streamline current operations.
Research resources and solutions to efficiently solve problems.
Bring energy and excitement to new projects and initiatives
Administrative and project management support as assigned.
Professional Qualifications
Excellent organization, calendar management, and note-taking skills
Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills
Ability to master project management software quickly
Excellent time management skills
Strong communication + leadership skills
Ability to work systematically while managing multiple tasks efficiently and effectively
Ability to resolve conflict in a calming manner
Ability to structure and organize multiple engagements simultaneously
High levels of self-awareness, enthusiasm, and innovation
Ability to serve and lead with high levels of humility, openness, and transparency
Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality
Comfortable communicating with groups and people of all ages, including public speaking
Works with minimal supervision
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Basic knowledge of videography, photography, graphic design, social media, music production, and worship

Education and/or Experience Requirements
4 Year College Degree Graduate
2 - 4 years of administrative and management experience
2 - 3 years of experience assisting and serving high-level leadership
